Delegated Underwriting Authority Audit AnalystLocation: City of LondonSalary: up to £50,000Reports to: DUA Audit ManagerMy client, a leading global insurance group with an excellent reputation, is currently recruiting a DUA Audit Analyst to join their stable and high-performing DUA function.Overview:This role is key in supporting the DUA Audit Manager with the management and oversight of the coverholder audit function. It offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their expertise in delegated underwriting and gain exposure across both the Lloyd's and company markets, all within a supportive and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:In this role, you will help ensure the smooth running of the coverholder audit function by maintaining the audit schedule, coordinating audits, and monitoring reports. You'll review findings, identify key issues, and make sure follow-up actions are taken with coverholders. You will also work closely with stakeholders, including underwriting and compliance teams, to resolve audit findings and keep systems updated. In addition, you'll maintain the approved auditor list, manage Terms of Business Agreements, and support the ongoing management of the coverholder and binding authority system.We're looking for someone with at least 1-2 years of experience and a good understanding of delegated authority contracts and governance, ideally with some experience in conducting or reviewing audits (though this isn't essential). Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are important, along with attention to detail and the ability to identify key insights from large amounts of information.If you are interested, please get in touch.
