Join a collaborative Delegated Authority team where you’ll take ownership of an established audit process, ensuring it runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You’ll manage the audit schedule, liaise with internal teams and external providers, and make sure every review, from pre-inception checks to annual audits, is delivered on time, to scope, and with clear, actionable outcomes. You’ll act as the key link between auditors, underwriting, compliance, and governance committees, ensuring findings are understood and remediation actions are followed through.In this role, you will:

• Oversee and coordinate the delivery of delegated authority audits.
• Manage the annual schedule and pre-inception review process.
• Review and quality-check audit outputs before presentation to stakeholders.
• Track recommendations and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Summarise findings for governance committees and contribute to continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in delegated authority, audit oversight or delegated auditing, with someone stepping up into a management role being considered.
• Knowledge of Lloyd’s DA framework and governance requirements.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
