We’re looking for an experienced Decorator to join a well-established organisation that delivers high-quality construction, refurbishment, maintenance, and facilities management services across the South of England.

This is a permanent opportunity within a supportive team, offering stability, varied work, and the chance to make a real impact in local communities.

What you’ll be doing:

• Painting and decorating tasks including preparation, emulsion, gloss, wallpapering, artex repairs and more

• Working in both occupied and empty properties, ensuring a high-quality finish

• Responsive and routine repairs, as well as void property works

• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professionalism at all times

• Carrying out non-licenced asbestos removal (full training provided)

What we’re looking for:

• NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating (or equivalent)

• Full UK driving licence

• 2–5 years’ experience in social housing or building maintenance preferred

• Positive, professional, and customer-focused approach

• DBS check required prior to starting
