Job Summary

This role provides strategic advisory and decision intelligence expertise to senior stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision making and long-term business growth. Acting as a trusted advisor, the position requires problem identification, solution development, and clear communication of complex insights to influence business strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver independent, balanced strategic advice to executives on business challenges and opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives through market research, industry analysis, and financial modelling.
• Manage transactions, negotiations, deal structures, and post-deal integration to ensure successful outcomes.
• Monitor industry trends, conduct peer benchmarking, and represent the organisation at conferences and training sessions.
• Collaborate across internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and align strategies with client and investor needs.
• Lead or contribute to strategy setting, policy development, budget planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide subject matter expertise, guiding technical direction, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring strong governance and risk management practices.
• Translate complex analytics, AI, and data science insights into actionable recommendations that drive business transformation.
