This role will be supporting the housing association in their Decent Homes and Planned Works Contracts!Role: Decent Homes Surveyor/Clerk of WorksRate: £30 temporary (Salary to be discussed)Location: CheltenhamResponsibilities of the Decent Homes Surveyor:

• Help assist with Planned Work and Decent Homes Contracts
• Monitor work on site ensuring quality assurance
• Liaise with contractors to ensure high standard of service of delivery
