We are looking for experienced deburrers who can commit to a rotating shift within a busy and rapidly expanding aerospace company in Wigston.

This is a role working a 3 shift rotation day, late AND night shift

What you will be doing

You will be deburring complex aerospace components, using a mixture of hand & air tools to debur parts, you will also be responsible for part marking.

You will also have the opportunity over time to learn other areas as the business requires, including the potential to be trained on CNC machinery.

Shift rotation

Days - Monday to Thursday 05:45 - 13:45 Friday 05:45 - 10:45

Afternoon - Monday to Thursday 13:45 - 21:45 Friday 10:45 - 15:45

Nights - Monday to Thursday 21:45 - 05:45 Friday 15:45 - 20:45

Your initial training is on fixed days (average 2 - 4 weeks), then moved to the rotating shift pattern. While training you will be on £14.71 then once on rotating pattern moved up to £17.80.

To be considered - you MUST have experience deburring metal components, and be able to use precision measuring instruments and be flexible enough to work the shift pattern without issue.
