<u>The Role </u>

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Debt Recovery Team Manager at Nelsons. The Debt Recovery Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the debt recovery team. This includes managing a team of debt recovery professionals, developing strategies to recover outstanding debts, monitoring and reporting on team performance, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The position is based at our Nottingham Office.

  • Experience in debt recovery and management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to debt recovery.
  • Ability to analyse data and report on team performance.
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using debt recovery software and tools.
  • Experience in the legal industry is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Collaboration with colleagues to actively pursue business development opportunities and explore new avenues of work, enhancing the client base of the debt recovery team.
