Day Shift Engineer

Fantastic role at hand with a leading building services provider working on a large commercial property based in the City of London. Our clients are known for providing their Engineers with fantastic opportunities to progress within the business and gain training to be the best engineer possible. This role will be working 4 on 4 off on a day shift pattern.

The role will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site, being part of the engineering team. Working on a shift pattern solely on days, the maintenance engineer should be fully qualified electrically or mechanically holding City and Guilds / NVQ Level 3 qualifications.

• Single and Three Phase Power
• Motors
• Generators (on/off load tests) LV/HV
• Shutdowns
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarm Test
• AHUs
• FCUs
• VAVs
• CRAC units
• Heat Exchangers
• Minor Plumbing Works
• Tap Temperatures
• Sprinkler Systems
• Pumps
• Water Treatment
• Pressurisation Units
• BMS Operations

Requirements:

• City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations or Mechanical Engineering
• Apprentice trained - desirable
• Career driven and motivated
• Polite and personable
• Statuary compliance
• Communicate with the client
