We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Support and CRM Executive to join our team within a higher education environment. This role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and usability of data across internal systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting data-related processes, ensuring high-quality information is available to inform decision-making, engagement, and operational efficiency.

Description

  • Support the management, cleaning, and maintenance of large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • Assist with data entry, updates, and quality assurance in CRM and related systems.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that data supports a range of functions including communications, reporting, and operations.
  • Identify and resolve data errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies using tools such as Microsoft Excel.
  • Assist with importing, exporting, and transforming data for use across various systems and platforms.
  • Maintain awareness of data standards and contribute to improvements in data processes and system usage.
  • Communicate data-related insights and issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively, delivering accurate work within agreed timelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across teams to support shared data and systems goals.

Profile

  • Experience working with data management systems or CRMs in a professional setting.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with structured datasets.
  • Clear and confident communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts in accessible terms.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, handling multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
  • Experience in a higher education, nonprofit, or similar data-driven environment is desirable but not essential.

Job Offer

  • Daily rate of circa £175 per day umbrella rate
  • Temporary role, ideal for gaining experience in a London-based university.
