Data Programme Manager - Oliver James : Job Details

Data Programme Manager / Deputy Head of Data | Sussex - Hybrid | Outside IR35 - £600 per day

Currently looking for a Data Lead to help take a business from Excel-heavy reporting into the 21st century of data. You'll be turning raw data into actionable insights, leading a team and helping shape how the organisation works with data.

The role will involve:

* Acting as deputy to the Head of Data* Moving away from legacy Excel processes towards modern reporting (Power BI, data warehousing, agile ways of working)* Leading and supporting the data team, creating high-quality data sets, reports, dashboards, and insights* Establishing data best practices across the organisation

We are ideally looking for someone that has either operated in a 'Head of Data' role before, with experience of leading teams in the past and establishing agile ways of working across organisations.
