The Role

As a Data & Insights Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the move to GA4, ensuring the marketing team has data to drive performance and providing actionable insights on improvements across the website and digital channels.
• Extracting data at a deeper level, identifying areas for improvements and drive change.
• Assisting the wider team in moving reporting into the data warehouse for improved automated reporting for the Merchandising and Buying Teams.

Skills & Experience

Alongside having prior experience in a senior data role, to be successful, my client are looking for candidates who are experienced:

• Working with GA4, setting out and defining new metrics across web and digital marketing performance.
• Querying using SQL, to help extract and analyse data.
• Working with large and complex data sets, being able to find patterns and tell stories based on results.
