Harnham is hiring a Data Governance Manager for an exciting insurance company. The role involves rolling out a Data Governance strategy while managing a small team.

THE COMPANY:

This role is for an exciting insurance company that are growing in the market. The company deals with a large amount of data and are now looking to implement Data Governance in the business. The company has built a collaborative culture based around development and work-life balance.

THE ROLE:

As a Data Governance Manager, you will be working to build out a framework on Collibra. You will also be in charge of leading a small team of Junior consultants in Data Governance. You will work with various Senior Stakeholders in the organisation so strong communication skills are key for this role.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal Data Governance will have experience in using Collibra and have managed a team in the past or are looking to step up into a leadership position.
