With ongoing investment in systems and infrastructure, this team is implementing new tools to enhance billing accuracy and customer transparency. They have a fantastic office with a canteen and a café. Parking is available on siteWhat You’ll Do:·       Support the billing and data team by inputting and managing measurement data·       Use Excel to process key information over a defined period·       Manually verify VAT logs·       Work closely with the internal team to ensure accurate billing and fast issue resolution·       Be based in the Liverpool office 4 days a week initially, with potential to move to a hybrid model (2 days in-office) after onboardingWho You Are:·       Attention to detail and self-sufficient·       Proficient with Excel (VLOOKUP experience essential)·       Confident working with data and comfortable liaising with internal teams and clients over the phone·       Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong sense of accuracy·       You're reliable, team-focused and eager to contribute from day oneTiger is B Corp Certified.
