About the Role:Our client is seeking a Data Entry Administrator to support a busy manufacturing team in Bathgate. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your expertise to a dynamic workplace where accuracy and efficiency are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input and manage high volumes of data with speed and accuracy
• Use Sage to process orders, invoices, and inventory records
• Maintain and update spreadsheets in Excel to track production and logistics
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth data flow across departments
• Support general administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
• High proficiency in Sage and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Available for temporary work with immediate start preferred
