SQL / Azure Data Developer - Asset Management - Strike IT - eFinancialCareers : Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure SQL.
• Support the ingestion, transformation, and integration of large volumes of financial data from internal and third-party sources.
• Design and implement clean, well-structured SQL-based solutions for reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver data-driven insights using Power BI or QlikView.
• Assist with cloud platform development, including data lake usage and pipeline orchestration.

Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and T-SQL development.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, data integration best practices, and cloud-based data warehousing principles.
• Experience building and maintaining BI dashboards using either Power BI or QlikView.
• Exposure to Azure Functions and Snowflake is a plus, but not essential.
• Familiarity with Aladdin Data Cloud (ADC) or similar investment data platforms is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience working in asset management or financial services is a must
