DATA CONSULTING LEAD£90,000-100,000 + BONUS + BENEFITSLONDON / HYBRID

THE ROLE

As a Lead Analytics Consultant, you will play a hybrid role - part technical leader, part trusted advisor, and part team builder. More specifically, you will:

• Lead end-to-end analytics engagements from scoping and solution design through to delivery
• Architect and implement cloud data solutions (Snowflake, Azure, AWS or GCP)
• Work with BI and visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Apply AI and advanced analytics techniques where relevant, including LLMs and predictive modelling
• Translate complex business problems into actionable technical solutions
• Mentor and develop a growing team, raising the bar across delivery and standards
• Engage with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Lead Analytics Consultant will have:

• Extensive experience in analytics, with strong delivery and client engagement skills
• Excellent SQL and data modelling experience
• Hands-on expertise with at least one cloud platform (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Proficiency in a leading BI tool (Power BI or Tableau essential)
• Exposure to AI/ML techniques and enthusiasm to apply them in business contexts
• Strong consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading teams and setting best practice standards
