Data Coach (remote) - FIND : Job Details

FIND are working with one of Europe’s fastest growing tech & digital training companies, who are looking to hire additional Data Analyst Coaches to their Data & AI training team.

As a Data Analyst Coach, you’ll play a key part in developing & supporting Data Analyst apprentices through their Level 4 apprenticeship programmes

Your job is to provide 1-to-1 mentoring & support to your learners, helping them develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their careers, and to achieve the best possible outcome from their apprenticeship programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to data analytics apprentices.
• Assess apprentices' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Create personalized learning plans tailored to individual apprentices' needs and goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve coaching and mentoring programs.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for apprentices.

Please note - NO teaching/group delivery will be involved - that’s all covered by another team. Allowing you to focus on providing 1-to-1 coaching & mentoring.

This is a 100% remote role, with NO mandated face to face work / travel. You can be based from anywhere in the UK. All coaching & mentoring can be delivered online from home.

Requirements:

• 2+ years commercial / industry experience working as a data analyst or data scientist (data science experience isn't a must - a solid background in data analytics is fine!)
• Python & SQL experience
• Some form of previous coaching or training experience, with a passion for wanting to help others develop.
• The ability to take complex technical information, and explain it in a simple & easy way to understand.

Starting salary is £55,000 & this company boast one of the best employee benefits packages on the market.
