You'll be joining the team that are responsible for design, build and system test across a suite of enterprise applications to shape solutions that can support their business and add value to existing and new services.

The BI / Data team has been created to help colleagues / clients make data as accessible and actionable as possible.This role demands a unique combination of technical expertise and business knowledge. The ideal candidate is adept at collaborating across departments, skilled in data analysis, and capable of translating data into business actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvements.
  • Innovate and implement sophisticated machine learning models and data-driven strategies for enhanced demand forecasting, leveraging both internal and external data.
  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to evaluate customer satisfaction, using advanced analytics to derive actionable insights from diverse data sources ranging from POS providers, FM solutions (including robotics), surveys, CRM, ERP systems and feedback mechanisms.
  • Optimize scheduling and performance against KPIs through analytical insights derived from task management and Workforce Management (WFM) software, highlighting improvement avenues.
  • Develop strategies for optimal pricing and product assortment that maximize profitability and meet market demand effectively.
  • Create and refine menu offerings based on a comprehensive analysis of waste management, consumer preferences, local demographics, and other critical factors to improve customer experience and operational efficiencies.
  • Support data audit processes across multiple business systems to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate on the development and maintenance of traditional dashboards in Quicksight.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in a range of data science tools and programming languages such as Python, Java, R, SQL, and Scala - preference is Python or Java.
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboard development tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Quicksight for insightful data presentation and decision-making.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and data extraction methods.
