Day-to-day of the role:
- Plan allocation strategies in line with stock availability and launch requirements.
- Analyse data to gain insights, make recommendations, and propose actions in line with the current trading plan.
- Manage relationships with key partners and oversee stock management across the business to maximise profit.
- Support markdowns, promotions, and analysis.
- Manage weekly meetings to support our retail estate.
- Monitor and optimise stock holdings in line with company strategy.
- Assist in managing the logistics process from origin to our distribution centre.
- Provide key analysis and findings to the merchandise team and run weekly reporting for the business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data integrity and accuracy.
- Proactive and self-driven, with a willingness to learn new skills and processes.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to use advanced formulas and functions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with internal and external teams.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to engage effectively in internal meetings.
