We’re partnering with a well-established, rapidly growing business in Retail and Wholesale to find a skilled Data Analyst to join their dynamic team.

This isn’t just another reporting role - you’ll be a key player in shaping how data is used to make smarter decisions, improve processes, and support a mission to do business the right way.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Create clear, insightful reports from multiple data sources
• Manage and validate onboarding data to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Analyse complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Support the development of the company’s data warehouse and scalable pipelines
• Build dashboards and visualisations (Power BI) to bring data to life
• Spot opportunities for process improvements and automation
• Collaborate with teams across the business, translating data into impact

Skills & Experience:

• Experience working in a similar Data Analytics role
• Be a self-starter, with a proactive attitude
• Strong Excel, SQL and Power BI experience are essential
• Experience with Business Objects is ideal, but not essential
• An analytical mind with great problem-solving ability
• Experience managing and cleansing data with an eye for detail
• Confidence in communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical teams alike
• A collaborative spirit and eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment
