Our client is looking for a Data Analyst to support customer retention across EMEA. This role will play a key part in understanding and improving customer experience, from product onboarding to lifecycle communications. You'll help them answer the big question - are they working? What you'll be doing:
- Partnering cross-functionally to design, roll out, and measure new customer experiences
- Leading A/B tests to measure and optimise customer retention strategies
- Defining KPIs and providing insights into what 'success' really looks like
- Building dashboards to make insights actionable
What we're looking for:
- Strong analytical mindset; not just dashboards but the ability to break down problems logically
- A/B testing expertise
- Advanced SQL skills (moderate queries, aggregations, data manipulation)
- Ability to define, measure and communicate insights clearly
