Damp & Mould Surveyor - Elevate Projects Ltd : Job Details

Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a not-for-profit provider of affordable housing in Cornwall to appoint an experienced Surveyor to inspect Damp/Mould cases reported in some of their properties, the successful candidate will inspect, diagnose, and specify remedial actions for the property teams to carry out the works.

This role is available as Outside Ir35 so able to be paid via LTD co, hourly rate circa £27 per hour with mileage expense covered at 45p per mile. Expected duration 3 to 6 months to get through the Surveys.
