Senior Developer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&OHybrid | Full-time | Permanent

An exciting opportunity for a skilled ERP Senior Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This is a pivotal role supporting enterprise-wide processes and integrations to ensure systems are optimised for performance, compliance, and business value.

• Design, develop, and customise solutions in D365 F&O, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and analyse system requirements.

• Develop integrations with external systems using APIs, data entities, and Azure services.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across environments.

• Perform rigorous testing and debugging, ensuring system stability and performance.

• Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior developers and promoting best practices.

• Ensure appropriate system security, configuration, and audit compliance.

• Keep up to date with emerging technologies, trends, and Microsoft platform updates.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 7-10 years of software development experience, including 3+ years with D365 F&O / AX.

• Proficiency in X++, .NET (C#), SSRS, Power Platform, Azure, and Logic Apps.

• Experience working in Agile environments with tools such as Azure DevOps.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work through complex technical challenges.

• Clear and effective communicator, confident presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
