D365 F&O Functional Consultant
Our client is currently underway with a D365 F&O implementation and is now looking to provide additional support for the internal delivery team by bringing onboard an experienced Functional Consultant for 6 months.
The position will involve hybrid working
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing existing business processes (Finance, Operations, Trade & Logistics) and map against the proposed solution from the implementation partner
- Work with stakeholders in solutioning D365 F&O modules and advise on workarounds and automations where possible
- Identify creative workarounds and other solutions to meet requirements without the development of custom code
- Assess the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
- Help with data migration with support and advise to process owners on how to map data templates amongst taxonomies
Key Skill/Experience Required
- Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics F&O D365
- Track record of project accounting/cost accounting/reporting
- Experience of developing solutions for complex business problems
- Demonstrable consultancy experience
- Strong working knowledge of business processes
- Relevant Microsoft certification
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- A logical approach to problem-solving and the structured introduction of change into operational systems
- Management Accounting background/qualified
