Cyber Security Specialist - ASA Recruitment : Job Details

At ASA Recruitment we require a Cyber Security Specialist for clients to work as part of their business change team and be part of the change life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Adapt existing cyber security standards and controls
• Carry out threat modelling and risk assessments
• Review high and low-level designs drafted by solution architects
• Plan and coordinate pen-testing
• Maintain a security design assessment for new services

Requirements

• Experience in a cyber security role
• Understanding of enterprise-scale digital service provision
• Experience with security projects e.g. email filtering, AV, Firewalls, WAFs, MS defender
• Experience with visualisation platforms and operating systems e.g. Hyper-V and Windows Server
• Experience managing independent testing e.g. scope, pre-testing configuration, trade findings
• Experience with MCSE Certified or equivalent
• ITIL Certification

Package

• 12-month contract
• Hybrid - Edinburgh (must be able to commute to location)
• 400pd outside IR35
