Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Ensure timely and accurate customs clearance and release of consignments.
• Use customer-specific DLSOPs and verify documentation compliance.
• Enter customs declaration data into systems.
• Track and trace customs files and ensure timely submissions.
• Liaise with customs authorities and other government agencies.
• Handle inspections and ensure documentation is properly presented.
• Maintain compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Stay updated on import/export regulations and procedures.

Customer Service

• Provide exceptional service at all levels.
• Maintain strong relationships with customs officers and clients.
• Respond promptly to internal and external communications.
• Escalate issues to management when necessary.

Personal Development

• Complete 52 hours of training annually.
• Attend mandatory and optional training sessions.
