Customs Assistant - Pod Talent : Job Details

This is a shift-based role on a Monday-Saturday pattern with different shifts available where your responsibilities will be taking care of the documentation needed to guarantee the right flow of operational procedures.

What you will do:

• Managing Customs and all the right documentation needed for the export process.
• Checking with drivers that everything is set up for a smooth delivery.
• Updating the system with all the right documentation for the port authorities.

What will you need to be considered for this position:

• A permanent right to work in the UK.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customs Clearance and with export documentation.
• Great attention to detail and proactivity.
• Willing to work on a shift basis - candidates willing to work the night shift from 7 pm to 3 am will have higher priority.
• Experience with Excel - and ideally CDS system.
