Job specification:

• Handling phone calls and responding swiftly to inquiries with top-notch efficiency.
• Distributing relevant literature, illustrations, and application forms to customers with precision.
• Proactively following up on inquiries to convert them into successful applications.
• Providing customers with timely progress updates upon request.
• Generating insightful ad-hoc management information reports regularly.
• Executing account transactions seamlessly for both new and existing customers.

Person specification:

• Must have GCSEs with grades A - C (minimum C in Math and English).
• Proven experience in customer service.
• Prior experience handling incoming telephone calls.
• A background in financial services, banking, or insurance is a plus.
• Exceptional administrative and organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Confident, clear, and professional telephone manner.
