This is an exciting opportunity for an eager Customer Support Executive to develop their career in sales and operations, while playing a key role in shaping an organisation that’s driving real impact.

As a Customer Support Executive, you’ll provide vital administrative and service support across sales and operations. You’ll ensure smooth order processing and delivery, resolve customer queries with empathy and efficiency, and maintain clear communication across the business.

Working closely with warehousing, logistics, and delivery partners, you’ll help ensure orders reach customers on time and in excellent condition. At the same time, you’ll nurture relationships with customers, turning enquiries into opportunities and making sure their journey with us is consistently positive.

This is a varied role, blending customer service with operational support and commercial focus – ideal for someone who is proactive, solutions-oriented, and excited to grow in a dynamic business.

Pay: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) commission benefits

Location: London - 3 days in the office is required

Working hours: 9:00am - 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Operations

  • Support the order process, including reviewing out-of-stock items.
  • Manage the email inboxes and respond to customer queries promptly.
  • Prioritise, delegate, and oversee daily operations.
  • Resolve day-to-day issues with customers, colleagues (Warehouse, Purchasing, and Finance teams), and partners.
  • Liaise with third-party warehouse and courier partners to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.

Sales

  • Manage inbound sales enquiries and the sales email inbox.
  • Maximise sales through excellent customer service, strong product knowledge, and an understanding of customers’ and potential customers’ businesses.
  • Liaise with the purchasing team on larger stock orders to ensure smooth coordination across the business.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and driven individual - not satisfied with the status quo.
  • Proactive. Ability to work and motivate yourself independently while also working collaboratively.
  • Experience with lead qualification and objection handling.
  • Time and sales pipeline management.
  • Interest in the coffee and hospitality industry is a plus.
