Pay: £28k - £32k DOE

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:30

We’re on the hunt for a Customer Support Coordinator who thrives on keeping things in order, juggling multiple tasks, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from first contact to final installation. If you love coordinating, problem-solving, and working with multiple teams—this role is for you!

What you'll be doing:

Supporting a team of sales reps by logging calls & preparing quotes

Processing orders & managing customer files with precision

Scheduling installations & site surveys like a pro

Liaising with manufacturing & logistics to ensure a smooth operation

Preparing essential documentation (O&M manuals, RAMS, order packs)

Communicating with customers & internal teams to guarantee top service

What we need from you:

A master of organisation & multitasking

Sharp attention to detail—nothing slips past you!

Experience in sales support or project coordination

Proficiency in spreadsheets & SAP (preferred)

Excellent communication skills to liaise with sales, manufacturing & customers
