Do you want to join a stable business based in Manchester who can offer career development? Our client supplies the UK retailers with FMCG products and due to continued growth they now have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Support Administrator to join their team.
Job Purpose: To support the sales administration team; you will be responsible for dealing with all consumer support queries, ensuring a professional and timely response to all customer queries and requests, use of correct documentation and delivering excellent customer satisfaction

The successful candidate for this role must be previously experienced within a similar role. You will demonstrate a good understanding and experience of using an in-house IT system and will be knowledgeable in the workings of a sales administration team.
You will be passionate and accomplished with regards to customer focus and will be confident in all administrational tasks.
This role will suit an experienced and highly organised Administrator. Experience with advanced Excel (V-lookups particularly) and Navision (advantageous) will be a distinct advantage.
