The Company:One of the UK's leaders in their field, our client is a vital service provider to international transport companies operating both in the UK and in Europe

Main duties:You will be the main point of contact for German and English speaking clients. You will support them as well as advising them on services available in order to maximise trading operations

The Role:Act as a customer service advisor for clients based both in Europe and in the UKPromote the company's services and increase sales opportunitiesRegularly touch base with existing clients to assess their needs and offer relevant servicesProcess enquiries promptly and accuratelyLiaise with the sales and administration departments efficiently

The Candidate:- Fluent in German (written and spoken) - Essential- Administrative or Customer Service experience- Excellent communications skills- IT literate- Good attention to detail

Salary: around £25,000 pa
