Job Description :
CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER   A rapidly growing tech start-up which is aiming to make it easy to reach and connect support professionals to help employees is looking for a Customer Success Manager!  You will be instrumental in a growing organisation, supporting and onboarding new suppliers being responsible for obtaining all relevant information, documentation and completing the vetting process. You will support clients with basic queries and provide excellent customer service.  You will be the main point of contact for all communication with current clients ensure they are utilising the service and getting the most out of the product. You will be integral in the fostering of relationships and ensure profitability.  CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER ROLE:
  • Managing the end to end relationship with our existing clients
  • Create, adapt and optimise all Customer Success processes
  • Fully own and report on all Customer Success KPIs across all channels (CSAT, SLAs, first time resolution rate)
  • Work with engineering to help shape the product offering in response to our customers' needs and strategic plans
  • Working with clients to ensure the retention and growth of customer accounts with regular account reviews (usage, adoption, budget)
  • Coordinate with the marketing team and deliver B2B marketing campaigns
  • Working with product to produce client reports
  • Identifying and assisting the development of new product features
  • Manage all operations tools i.e. intercom vendor management
  • Outreach and onboarding of new clients, helping with sales pitches i.e. conducting demos and walk-throughs of the app and our services to clients
  • Managing the day to day employee queries via Intercom and Aircall
  • Working closely with the vetting team to ensure we have top quality supply in place to service our clients (location, skills, availability)
CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER ESSENTIALS:
  • Minimum of 2 years of Account Management, Customer Success, or projects experience in a similar field
  • Experience in pitching and presenting to clients
  • Team player who sees the importance of proactivity and collaborative
  • Problem solving ability and a customer focused mindset
  • Passionate about start ups and the agile nature of it
