As part of our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Customer Success Implementation Consultant to join our Customer Success team and play a pivotal role in driving successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term client outcomes.

The Role

As a Customer Success Implementation Consultant, you’ll be the trusted advisor for enterprise clients as they adopt and expand their use of our platform. You’ll combine technical problem-solving, client engagement, and consultancy skills to ensure a seamless implementation journey and ongoing success.

You will:

  • Lead clients through onboarding and implementation, ensuring smooth deployment and early adoption.
  • Deliver workshops, training, and product demonstrations to client stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and FAQs to support clients.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management on upsell opportunities.
  • Provide first-line technical insight, managing tickets and escalating where appropriate.
About You

You’re a natural problem-solver with strong client-facing and technical skills, and you enjoy helping businesses unlock value from SaaS platforms.

We’re looking for:

  • 2+ years’ experience in SaaS implementation, solutions consulting, customer success, or technical account management.
  • Confidence in client-facing roles — running workshops, training sessions, or onboarding programs.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills, ideally with SQL and data analysis (Regex knowledge is a plus).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple enterprise client priorities.
