Base salary £30,000, OTE year one £45,000

Role Overview

A Leading PAYE Umbrella company is actively looking for a strategic and client-focused Customer Success Executive to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring their customers achieve their desired outcomes while maximising the value they derive from their services. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving adoption, retention, and growth within our key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Develop and execute success plans aligned to client goals, ensuring high adoption and satisfaction.
  • Proactively monitor customer health, identify churn risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Identify and qualify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with sales teams to drive account growth.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally, providing feedback to product and marketing teams to inform strategy.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and achieving retention/growth targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
