Customer Success Associate

Harrow, Middlesex

£41,000 + Pension + Parking

An experienced Customer Success Associate if required to join an busy sales and marketing team and managing client accounts..

Some of your duties will include:

- Working as part of the sales and marketing team and maintaining customer relationships

- Developing and nurturing strong relationships with customers and addressing any concerns

- Onboarding new clients to ensure they are fully aware of all services provided

- Collaborating with account managers and marketing team to enhance customer satisfaction

- Administering sales orders and co-ordinating client labelling and artwork

- Working closely with the production, logistics, finance and operations teams
