Duties:- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner- Enter customer data and update account information in the CRM system- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
