Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to lead the Shipping Customer Service Teams in delivering exceptional service across the organisation

Main responsibilities:

• Oversee customer queries, shipping updates and service feedback handling
• Lead operational and continuous improvement performance and initiatives
• Working within the team to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Create policies, procedures & training material
• Managing and developing a team of shipping and logistics customer service staff members

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Customer Services Management role, ideally from a similar sector (Logistics, shipping etc)
• Experience managing and developing customer service teams
• Excellent relationship building experience
