Customer Services Support – Temporary Opportunity

Location: Peterborough, PE2 - Must drive and have own transportHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)Duration: 8 weeks from 3rd September, with review on 31st OctoberStart Date:3rd September, interviews next week from 26/08 - 28/08Facilities: On-site kitchen with microwave and fridgeDress Code: Smart 

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, supportive team in a fully office-based role. You’ll be the friendly face at reception and the go-to person for data entry and admin tasks. Full training will be provided and while you’ll be working independently once trained, help is always nearby if needed.

You’ll report to the Commercial Manager—a long-standing and approachable member of the team who is in the office Mondays, Fridays and occasionally Wednesdays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front-of-house reception duties, welcoming visitors and managing calls
  • Accurate data entry using a bespoke internal system and HubSpot
  • Supporting job creation and quotation processes
  • General admin tasks with minimal use of Word and Excel
  • Liaising with the Commercial Manager and wider team as needed
