Day to day Duties

• Provide all customers with an exemplary experience insuring the college’s reputation as an outstanding learning and training provider.
• Provide outstanding customer service to all callers, transferring calls efficiently to the most appropriate area / person within the College Group.
• Be available to cover evening / weekend shifts for other CIS posts on a rostered basis.
• Providing clerical support for the CIS Team, as requested.
