Role: Customer Services Advisor
Location: Hedge End (Office Based)
Hours: Monday to Friday (7.30am - 4.30pm and 10am - 7pm)
Salary: £29,500 per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries.
- Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds in line with company procedures.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth customer experiences.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
- Meet performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a customer service role (essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
