Reed is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our client, in the Dorking area

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support via phone and email, processing orders, invoices, and quotations, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, updating and maintaining customer records and databases, and handling complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.
