We are recruiting a fluent Croatian -speaking Customer Services Advisor to join their growing European customer support team. These are remote-based roles supporting customers across the DACH region and wider European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and other channels
• Assist with member queries, order management, and account troubleshooting
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness
• Liaise with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues on behalf of customers
• Attend occasional training sessions, conventions, or team meetings (some travel required)

Your Profile:

• Fluent in Croatian and English (written and spoken)
• Experience in a customer service or call centre role
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable learning new systems and working under pressure
• Team player with a proactive, positive attitude
