Key Details

Pay: £15.16 per hour PAYE or £19.07 per hour Umbrella

Location: Heathrow

Hours: 35 hours Full time Monday-Sunday (Only work 5 days)

Contract Length: 6 months (view to extend)

About the role:

You will play a key role in answering any visitor questions and providing tailored advice to those unfamiliar with our transport network. We also sell Oyster card products and tickets for bus tours and several of London’s biggest attractions.

As a Visitor Centre advisor, you’ll bring great energy and a people focus to the role. You’ll recognise that great customer service starts with you.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently demonstrate a high level of customer service in dealing with customer queries and assist customers with self service offering as required
• Resolves and takes ownership of customer issues and identifies opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Offer all relevant services and products including TfL and third party tickets, products and services available in a Visitor Centre maximising all sales opportunities.
• Administration, adhering to all local procedures, following daily shift responsibilities including laid down key holder tasks
• Maintain a safe, tidy and presentable environment ensuring that leaflet racks and displays are kept full, tidy and up-to-date.

Skills, Knowledge Experience

• Customer facing experience e.g Retail, Hospitality etc (Required)
• Available to work across the Monday - Sunday (Only work 5 days out of the 7) (Required)
• Be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills
• Cash handling experience
