Customer Service Agent - London (Hybrid)4 Months Contract with high potential of extensionPayrate-£12.43-£13.93/hourCommute- Mostly remote - Max 2 days/week in office

We're hiring a Customer Service Agent to handle shipping-related queries via email, chat, and phone. You'll take full ownership of customer issues, liaising with internal teams and external partners to resolve delivery concerns, lost/damaged packages, and escalations.

What you need:

• 2+ years' customer service experience in logistics/shipping

• Experience with carrier tracking and claims

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)

• Excellent communication and organisation
