We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our services team, providing essential support to achieve new business and retention targets. The role involves a variety of tasks that require a high level of competence, accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail. Day to Day of the role:
  • Answering inbound calls, including claims overflow calls.
  • Managing the distribution of all correspondence received via post and email.
  • Overseeing inboxes for team members 
  • Maintaining postage credit and ordering stationery.
  • Preparing and sending member documentation.
  • Reviewing outstanding renewals and following up on customer invoices.
  • Recording all documents 
  • Liaising with clients
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
  • Providing excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally.
  • Attending regular review meetings and appraisals to monitor progress and identify training needs.
  • Suggesting process improvements to enhance efficiency and client benefits.
  • Building professional relationships and supporting team members to achieve team goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience is preferable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to listen, respond effectively, and reason through potential problems.
  • Capable of building rapport and successful relationships.
  • Empathetic with the ability to understand and respond to different perspectives.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple demands.
  • A proactive approach with a ‘can-do’ mentality.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
