Customer Service / Sales Agent - Freightserve : Job Details

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Customer Service / Sales Agent for a Niche sector Freight company based in the Heathrow area.

Customer Service / Sales personwho strive to deliver high quality outcomes and is looking for a new opportunity, with a view to grow in a company. The operations staff control shipments from door to door during import and export air freightprocedures. They seek staff who are positive, motivated and want to be part of a specialised team.

Duties will include: -

· Liaising with customers and ensuring they are pleased with the service provided.

· Contacting and researching new customers to gain more business.

· Working with the manager and completing weekly reports

· Face 2 face meetings with existing & new customer

· Contacting customers by phone on a regular basis

· Meeting daily targets

· The successful applicant : -

· Previous experience and Knowledge of customer Service and Sales or Willingness to learn

· Computer literacy MS Word, MS Excel and Gmail.

· Good communication skills

· Attention to detail and be able to work independently as well as working within a team environment.

· Full 5 year background check & DBS Check

· Full clean UK driving Licence
