I'm working with a legal services client seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Outbound team. This role involves supporting customers after motor accidents, helping them understand their legal rights and access compensation services—without cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls to guide customers through legal claims processes.
- Convert referrals into personal injury or ULR claims.
- Deliver excellent service with clear, empathetic communication.
- Meet performance targets and collaborate with internal/external teams.
- Resolve issues efficiently and contribute to process improvements.
- Stay compliant with regulatory and internal procedures.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a contact centre or phone-based customer service role.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Confident handling objections and promoting services.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- IT literate with attention to detail.
