Shifts:

  • Mon–Sat: 08:00–20:00
  • Sun: 09:00–18:00
  • Rotational pattern: 1 late week in 4, 1 weekend in 3

I'm working with a legal services client seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Outbound team. This role involves supporting customers after motor accidents, helping them understand their legal rights and access compensation services—without cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls to guide customers through legal claims processes.
  • Convert referrals into personal injury or ULR claims.
  • Deliver excellent service with clear, empathetic communication.
  • Meet performance targets and collaborate with internal/external teams.
  • Resolve issues efficiently and contribute to process improvements.
  • Stay compliant with regulatory and internal procedures.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a contact centre or phone-based customer service role.
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident handling objections and promoting services.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • IT literate with attention to detail.
