- Prepare quotations and liaise with the Machine Shop for lead times and costs
- Raise production orders and oversee shipping and invoicing, ensuring correct documentation is in place
- Prepare BOMs, routings, cost roll-ups, and work files
- Act as a key point of contact between Sales, Production, and customers to meet agreed schedules
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, imports, and exports
- Manage inter-plant replenishment and the washed boats process
- Handle general reception and administration duties
Essential Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in an office-based, customer-facing role
- Understanding of sales order processes within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- SAP experience required
