What you’ll be doing as Customer Service Representative:You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring every interaction is professional, positive, and solution focused. You will: 

• Process orders, returns, complaints and credits
• Maintain accurate customer account information
• Resolve product or service queries, investigating and providing the best solutions within agreed SLAs
• Manage inbound calls and emails effectively
• Build strong relationships through proactive communication
• Support Key Account Managers in achieving team sales targets

What we’re looking for in a Customer Service Representative:We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven candidate who can bring proven customer service experience and a positive, can-do attitude. You will also have:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A friendly and professional telephone manner
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• The ability to adapt to different personalities and remain calm under pressure
• Strong multitasking, time management, and organisational skills
